- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup diced apple
- Handful sliced almonds
- 1 cup or more diced leftover turkey
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Several shakes of parsley
- Black pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. That’s it!
Serve on plate. Eat with fork. Or treat yourself to a crescent roll sandwich.
