Cooking at home is arguably the single best thing you can do to improve your health, wealth, and relationships. It really does have magical powers. We’ve challenged ourselves to eat as many home-cooked meals as possible and the results have been amazing…so we thought it important to share on this week’s podcast episode.
This conversation (like many of our conversations) starts with mindfulness. We dive into the importance of engaging in the process of sourcing and preparing our meals, and we re-frame cooking as a meaningful part of our lives rather than a chore.
We also cover some of the most common reasons (or excuses) for eating out so much. If you feel like you make boring recipes, don’t know what to buy, or just can’t cook…we’re here to help.
