In this week’s episode of AppleBell Radio, we dig deep into the benefits of breaking a sweat with your partner (one of them is better sex).  We also address some of the barriers and challenges around exercising together and offer some tips to avoid these pitfalls.

Sharing in physical activity is relatively easy, so don’t make it more complicated that it needs to be.  You don’t have to be training partners or compete with one another.  Simply carving out some time for a hike, run, or workout is totally sufficient.
