AppleBell Radio EP012 – Define Your Own Rules for Success

Success is a very tricky word.  What does it even mean?  As it turns out, simply adopting others’ definitions of success can be a little problematic.  For this week’s episode, we have a special guest, our friend Garrett Cathcart, to help us tackle this very important topic.

If we know one for sure, it is that words like happiness and success do not have universal definitions – they depend greatly on your individual goals and values.  In this podcast, we share some personal stories about our search for ‘success’.  Unfortunately, we can’t offer much of a formula, because ultimately, life is your game to play and YOU get to make the rules.

After listening, we’d encourage you to take some time to think about how you currently define success.  Have you ever given it much thought?  If not, you might be surprised at what you come up with.  Regardless, at least now you’ll be making conscious decisions that are aligned with your values.  Even if that doesn’t change much, adding some awareness and intention to your decision-making process is always a good thing!

We’d love to hear how you define success, and how you reached your definition.  Send us your thoughts!
